The team were so well mannered, extremely professional and knowledgeable on all services offered. They were unbelievably kind, caring, supportive and so compassionate towards us and our family from the initial phone call to even now after the funeral they could not of done more to help us and absolutely nothing was too big of an ask for them either.

I know they also offer payment plans for families who may struggle with such a large cost unexpectedly and I think this is excellent.

I could not recommend Bairds anymore to help arrange such an important occasion.

I lost my husband unexpectedly and was devastated. I approached Baird's and they took over all the arrangements after meeting me. I was assigned a funeral arranger, Jackie. He kept in contact, supported me through the arrangements, guided me through the funeral process with great sensitivity. Hs pleasant manner and professionalism made my loss easier to bear. The Baird staff were very professional but also very approachable. They answered all my queries with great patience. I can't thank Jackie and the staff team enough for supporting me and my family through a difficult journey. With Baird's help I was able to give my husband a perfect and dignified funeral that my family were proud of.

I cannot speak highly enough of Joanne, William, Jackie & Geoffrey. They showed professionalism, dignity and respect to the entire family during the passing my father and on the day of the funeral the way that everything was done with respect and dignity. He would have been proud of how they all conducted themselves.
