Bairds of Antrim were incredibly kind, professional yet understanding. Our mother’s burial was a more positive experience from collecting her remains from the Nursing Home to the actual burial. We changed our minds regularly but the staff took it in their stride.

Having Bairds sort all the funeral arrangements took away a lot of stress.
Jackie was fantastic he kept me informed about everything, If I had any questions he was able to answer them. My mum had a cancer on her face, it had left her with a terrible wound, I don't know how Jackie managed it but you would've known there had been anything there. The only thing was on the day we felt a bit rushed after the service, that I think might've been out of Bairds control as they had to stick to a timetable others involved in the service had set.
