I lost my husband unexpectedly and was devastated. I approached Baird's and they took over all the arrangements after meeting me. I was assigned a funeral arranger, Jackie. He kept in contact, supported me through the arrangements, guided me through the funeral process with great sensitivity. Hs pleasant manner and professionalism made my loss easier to bear. The Baird staff were very professional but also very approachable. They answered all my queries with great patience. I can't thank Jackie and the staff team enough for supporting me and my family through a difficult journey. With Baird's help I was able to give my husband a perfect and dignified funeral that my family were proud of.

I cannot speak highly enough of Joanne, William, Jackie & Geoffrey. They showed professionalism, dignity and respect to the entire family during the passing my father and on the day of the funeral the way that everything was done with respect and dignity. He would have been proud of how they all conducted themselves.

Jon was very helpful in every way, nothing was too much trouble for him. Lots of good advice given. Very understanding and caring.

Bairds of Antrim were incredibly kind, professional yet understanding. Our mother’s burial was a more positive experience from collecting her remains from the Nursing Home to the actual burial. We changed our minds regularly but the staff took it in their stride.
